 Join us for a truly special evening on Sunday, June 22, from 5–9 PM as we host an exclusive French Wine Dinner at Pink Ivy Kitchen & Bar—led by French wine expert and Certified Sommelier Nikki Erpelding and Chef Michael Shaughnessy who is a classically French trained Chef and Owner of Pink Ivy.

Sales tax and 21% staff gratuity will be added to the ticket price 

 Nikki, with over a decade of expertise in the world of wine, is a Certified Sommelier and holds a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. She is also the owner of a wine education business, where she shares her deep knowledge of French wines and teaches WSET courses to help others deepen their wine knowledge. 

 Chef Michael Shaughnessy, who honed his skills in Bignon, France under Master Chef Jean Luc Simon, will prepare a four-course menu that showcases the rich flavors of classic French cuisine. His training in France at a Michelin Guide restaurant has given him an authentic understanding of French culinary traditions, which is evident in every dish he creates at Pink Ivy Kitchen & Bar. 

 Together, Nikki and Chef Michael will guide you through an unforgettable evening, pairing each of the four exquisite courses with a selection of French wines that highlight the elegance and diversity of France’s legendary wine regions.

Hopkins Raspberry Festival Marketplace Fair 2025

Saturday July 19th

Join us at the Hopkins Raspberry Festival's Marketplace Fair on Saturday, July 19, 2025, as we celebrate the vibrant community spirit of Hopkins, MN, the Raspberry Capital! 

The Marketplace Fair, held on Mainstreet between 6th and 14th Avenues, is a highlight of the festival, running from July 16th to 20th, 2025. 

This lively event features an array of vendors, local business displays, and talented artists showcasing crafts, clothing, art, woodwork, merchandise, and delicious food and beverages. 

With so much to explore, come early and shop to your heart’s content! The fair is free to the public and takes place rain or shine.

Visit our booth in front of our restaurant, where we’ll be serving up hot, crowd-pleasing items fresh from our kitchen, alongside our refreshing Raspberry Elderflower Lemonade—a perfect blend of sweet, tart, and floral flavors to cool you down. Don’t miss the festival’s grand finale, the Grande Day Parade, on Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Main Street, a spectacular celebration of community pride.

Taste and Toast at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum

Wednesday July 23rd

            Join us on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 for this after-hours foodie celebration!

 7-9 p.m. General Admission

This event celebrates fresh, local cuisine, regional wine and beer. Live music sets the stage for tastings from local restaurants and food trucks as well as samplings from Minnesota wineries, breweries and more, including the Arboretum’s own Horticultural Research Center, the developer of popular cold-hardy wine grapes including Marquette and Itasca. All proceeds benefit the Arboretum's public gardens and its environmental, horticultural and educational programs.

Please note: this is a 21+ event; no children are allowed, including those in strollers and carriers. Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.

Tickets go on sale May 14 for Arboretum members and May 21 for non-members. Members should watch their email for the ticket link. The event is expected to sell out!

 Patron Admission - $225 per ticket:

Get the first tastes from all restaurants, wineries, breweries and cideries, plus a Patron swag bag and an Arboretum-branded wine glass. Event access from 6-9 p.m. 

  General Admission - $145 per ticket: 

Get access to samples from all restaurants, wineries, breweries and cideries, as well as an Arboretum-branded wine glass. Event access from 7-9 p.m.
